The terms “Company” “We”, “Us” and “Our” refer to Zooom Holidays, a tour operator registered and licensed the Ministry of Trade and Industry, Royal Government of Bhutan. All trips are offered based on Zooom Holidays’ standard terms and conditions under the Tourism Council of Bhutan’s set Guidelines for Operating Tours in Bhutan. You are expected to review the terms and conditions carefully prior to confirming your trip with us. Once confirmed, we will assume that you abide our Terms and Conditions.
TERMS & CONDITION:
No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable. Room allocation is once done the hotel depending upon availability at the time of check-in in the category of room as specified on your confirmation voucher. No refund shall be claimed, if the service & amenities of the hotels were not up to your expectations, it will be considered on case to case basis.

- Child below 5 Years is complimentary
- Meals Plan: CP(Breakfast), MAP(Breakfast & Dinner), AP(Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)
- Hotel & Room provided will be either the one mentioned in the itinerary or similar category.
- Keeping in mind the closing day for sightseeing schedule/room availability itinerary can be changed without prior notice.
- Please carry the identity proof along with 4 passport size photos per person so that it can be produced if asked hotel or Immigration officers.
- Inner line permit required for Bhutan Tour. It is mentioned that guest should carry 04 copies of passport size photograph, original photo ID proof with photocopy (Identity Card – Voter card/Passport) for processing the permit. (All traveler including the child – Birth Certificate)

HOTEL POLICY:
Early Check-In or late check-out is subject to availability and the hotel may charge extra for the same. Extra bed rates would be charged after 2 full paying persons in a room. However, in case of an extra bed required in a single occupancy room, double room rates would be charged. The package does not include charges for optional services and facilities (such as room service, mini bar, snacks or telephone calls). These will be charged directly from the guest at the time of check-out from the respective hotels.
Please Note: Do not treat this quotation mail as confirmation of booking, as we are not holding any booking at the time of quotation, price and services can be changed at the time of confirmation. Confirmation of bookings is only based on written communication. All related voucher will be provided after receiving full payment/at the receiving time.

HOLIDAY PACKAGE TOUR-EXCLUDES:
- Airfare /Train Fare.
- Museum and monument fees& Guide Charges.
- Insurance (Can be arranged with your Incurrence provider).
- Personal expenses such as Laundry, Telephone calls, Tips & Gratuity, soft and hard drinks.
- Any cost arising due to natural calamities like a landslide, road blockage, political disturbances (Strike), etc. to be borne the client, who is directly payable on the spot.
NOTE: Inclusive and Exclusive depends on Travellers Requirement.
TRAVEL DOCUMENT REQUIRED:
In order to proceed with arranging your journey through the kingdom of Bhutan, we kindly required the following:
- A scanned copy of the Passport or Voter ID Card of those travelers (Note: All passenger are advised to check their passport validity which should not be less than 6 months from the date of travels.)
- The child needs to carry Birth certificate or valid School ID cards (if Student)
- Contact information (Address, Mobile/Telephone number, and email address).
- Indicate if any special needs, including dietary restriction or Physical needs.
- Entry Permits for Bhutan: Indian nationals do not require any VISA for Bhutan. A permit will be issued at the entry point on producing of Passport (with a minimum validity of 6 months from the date of departure) or Voter ID (only Valid document for issuing the Bhutan Entry permit). The traveler also has to carry a photocopy of the travel documents/passport and 2 passport size photographs. Original Birth Certificate in English and student ID is required for Minors/Children.
- If you are entering Bhutan via Land, it is to be noted that the permits are issued only during working days and hours(Monday to Friday between 9 am to 4 pm) It is suggested that the travelers arriving in Phuntsholing on Friday should arrive latest 10 am in order to complete the entry permits/formalities. No permits are issued on Saturday, Sunday and on Government holidays. However during the high season depending upon the rush immigration may take a long time to issue the permits, We shall not be responsible for any delay. Please keep your clients informed they may have to stand on long queue during high season to obtain the permits if traveling via Road/Phuntsholing.
- E-Permit: As government of Bhutan has started with the new system of e-permit, in that case we can obtain the entry permits or other permits in advance (only for passport holders with a minimum validity of 6 months from the date of departure), for that we need passport scan copy of the travelers in advance.
- Special Permit for places other than Phuntsholing, Thimphu, and Paro: If you don’t have e-permit than you need to obtain Special permit is required to visit places beyond Thimphu and Paro from the Department of immigrations Thimphu. No charges will be applicable for this permit. The Special Permit is given only after the guest has entered Bhutan. Permits are not issued on Saturday, Sunday and government holidays.
- NOTE:
- NAME, ADDRESS, AGE & GENDER, i.e – Naming list of all guests traveling is required for processing of permits for the tour.
